TOWN OF WEATHERSFIELD

Notice of PUBLIC Hearing for

a Conditional Use Permit

Timothy Roberts has submitted application #01.1613 requesting a conditional use permit for a Home Industry to be located at 9 Little Ascutney Road (parcel 04-01-14) in the RRR 3-5 zoning district in the Town of Weathersfield. The applicant is proposing an automobile technician/farm equipment repair business.

The Town of Weathersfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on this application on  Wednesday, February 13, 2013   at 7:00 PM   at Weathersfield Town Office, 5259 Route 5, Ascutney. A copy of the application and additional information may be obtained at the Town Office.

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. §§ 4464(a)(1)(C) and 4471(a), participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
